Privacy Policy

What FigureDesk doesn't collect

There are no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and no way to submit personal information to FigureDesk through the site itself. The numbers you enter into a calculator — voltage, battery capacity, wattage, and so on — are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to a FigureDesk server; every calculator is a pure client-side computation.

Analytics

When configured, FigureDesk uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which calculators are used, in aggregate. Analytics events record only categorical information — which calculator page was viewed, and that a calculation completed — never the numeric values you entered or the numeric result you received. A dedicated sanitizer rejects anything that looks like a raw number or free text before an event is sent, specifically to keep calculator inputs out of analytics. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to distinguish visitors; see Google's privacy policy for how Google handles that data. If you have Do Not Track or an ad/tracker blocker enabled, analytics simply won't load — nothing on the site depends on it.

Third parties

FigureDesk is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request/hosting logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) as part of serving the site — this is infrastructure logging, not something FigureDesk configures or queries per visitor. No other third-party service is embedded in the site.

Changes to this policy

If what FigureDesk collects changes, this page will be updated to reflect it. Questions about this policy can be sent to the address on the contact page.
